Since 1973, the PRCC has been the heart of Paseo Boricua — a self-determined home for our community built around education, the arts, health, and liberation. The passport is rooted in their mission of celebrating and sustaining Boricua culture in Humboldt Park.

It's the stretch of W Division St in Humboldt Park, Chicago, between California Ave. and Western Ave., marked at each end by the giant steel Puerto Rican flags. Every participating business sits closely along those four blocks.
